As a successor to the "air conditioning refrigerant" R22, R407C's main strengths clearly lie in the area of air conditioning. The main applications for condensing units are air conditioning, process cooling and water chillers. Only Optyma™ condensing units with Danfoss Maneurop reciprocating compressors can be used with R407C.
